The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the orders dated 19.04.2023, 26.05.2023 and 15.02.2024 (Annexures P-1, P-3 and P-5 respectively). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail all his pleas raised in the present petition before the learned Collector.

In view of the above, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
