FAO-3294-2017 Learned counsel for the appellants is not in a position to dispute that the amount awarded is in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court rendered in the case of National Insurance Company Limited vs Pranay Sethi and ors, 2017(16) SCC 680. Hence, there being no chance of enhancement, he prays for withdrawal of the appeal. Dismissed as withdrawn.
