NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.79 dated 15.9.2021, under Sections 376-D and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar Rural.

Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 05.9.2023 in Court today. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to the counsel opposite. As per the custody certificate, the petitioner has undergone the custody of 04 months and 06 days.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
