***** HARSH BUNGER J. (Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to remove the respondents No.6 to 9 from the post of Member Panchayat for their alleged conduct in not supporting the development works of the village. 2.

At this stage, learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. S.K. Khalsa, LA, Director, Panchayat office, submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the Gram Panchayat concerned has already passed a resolution for carrying out the development works in the village and therefore, nothing else survives in the matter. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the aforesaid facts and accordingly submits that the present writ petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 4.

Ordered accordingly.
