(ORAL) This petition has been filed in public interest alleging illegal cutting of tress standing on 97 acres of land belonging to Gram Panchayat, village Ismailpur, Tehsil Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana as well as encroachment upon 200 acres of land including government land, forest land and Panchayat land in respect of which no action is being taken by the respondent-authorities inspite of various representations dated 13.09.2021 (Annexure P-3) and 15.10.2021 (Annexures P-4 and P-5). Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, on advance copy, submits that the respondent-authorities shall consider and pass a detailed order on the representations dated 13.09.2021 (Annexure P-3) and 15.10.2021 (Annexures P-4 and P-5) filed by the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition which is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
