Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the complaint filed by Surinder Mohal Duggal, the police is indulging in one inquiry after the other despite specific instructions of the Director General of Police, Punjab dated 01.04.2008, which bar repeated inquiries. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala regarding his grievance. On receipt of such representation, the same will be looked into and appropriate action as required under law shall be taken.
