The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari to set aside the impugned order dated 15.05.2024 (Annexure P-16) passed by the Commissioner, Commissioner Ambala, Ambala Division, Ambala Cantt (respondent No.2 herein).

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that there are some inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
