As per the order dated 30.01.2019 passed in CWP No.3264 of 2015, the orders dated 29.09.2014 and 29.10.2014 permanently removing the petitioner's name from the approved list of contractors were held bad in law. The consequent effect of this order is that the name of petitioner remain in the approved list of contractors, without any further action being taken in this regard by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the order dated 30.01.2019, the tenders of the petitioner are being rejected on the plea that he has been blacklisted.

COCP-3222-2019 With regard to the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, separate legal remedy is available to the petitioner, which he can avail. No further action is required in this contempt petition, the same is dismissed.
