Reply by way of affidavit of Arshdeep Singh Gill, Superintendent, Central Jail, Amritsar has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that house of the petitioner has been inspected. Same is in good condition and does not require any repair. She submits that as and when fresh application is moved by the petitioner, it shall be decided as per law expeditiously, in any case not later than one month.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Disposed of.
