After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Learned counsel further submits that in case petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court on or before 03.10.2022 and moves an application for regular bail, same may be decided within next three days. On advance notice, Mr. J.S. Arora, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State, while Mr. I.S. Kooner, Advocate, for Mr. Kunal Mahajan, Advocate, has caused appearance on behalf of the complainant. They have raised no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Dismissed as withdrawn.
