**** KIRTI SINGH, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed for seeking protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents (arrayed in the petition) as they have solemnized marriage against the wishes of respondents No.3 to 6.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Gurmeet Singh, submits that statement of private respondents No.3 to 6 have been recorded in which they have stated that they have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners and there is no threat perception on their account. 3.

In view of above submission made by learned State counsel, nothing survives in the present petition and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
