Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that son of petitioner namely Dilbar Khan has been arrested in case bearing FIR No.163 dated 05.08.2019 registered at Police Station City Sangrur and the police is out to arrest him in another case bearing FIR No.208 of same date. Both the cases are false and a representation was made to Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur in this regard.

The representation (Annexure P-3) is alleged to have been sent on 06.09.2019 i.e. a week before. Without waiting for the outcome of the representation, petitioner has rushed to this Court seeking direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur to order reinvestigation of the aforesaid case.
