Learned counsel submits that the appeal of the petitioner was directed vide order dated 28.01.2025 to be decided within a period of 4 months, however, on 26.05.2025, Annexure P-8, the Director-cum-Special Secretary had transferred the same to Divisional Commissioner, Jalandhar and states that now a direction had been given to the said authority. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that the same shall now be decided by Divisional Commissioner, Jalandhar within a period of 4 months, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Disposed of accordingly.
