In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners are entitled for the minimum of the pay-scales of the post on which they were working keeping in view the instructions issued by the Government of Haryana dated 03.11.2017 (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the Division Bench of this Court has already upheld the similar directions for the grant of benefit to the similarly situated employees by passing order in LPA No. 1598 of 2019 titled as State of Haryana and another v. Varun Gupta, decided on 15.03.2022.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the claim of the each petitioner will be considered keeping in view the instructions dated 03.11.2017 (Annexure P-1), coupled with the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in Varun Gupta's Case (Supra) and an appropriate speaking RIYA 2023.11.21 10:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-9992-2018 (O&M) -22023:PHHC:147131 order will be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and in case, after the decision, the petitioners are found entitled for any relief, the same will be extended to them within a further period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, at this stage, with liberty to file an appropriate representation with respondents.
