The present is the second petition which has been filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in FIR No.147 dated 03.07.2022 under Sections 21, 18 of NDPS Act (Section 27 of NDPS Act added later on) registered at Police Station STF, Phase-4, Mohali, District SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2.

Custody certificate dated 17.08.2025 filed in Court today and short reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anti Narcotics Task Force, Ludhiana Range, Ludhiana on behalf of respondent-State, are taken on record.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
