***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 13.09.2022 (Annexure P-1) qua the petitioner, whereby she has been ordered to be transferred from WCDPO Samalkha, Panipat to WCDPO, Hathin, Palwal.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her pending representation with the department.
