The petitioner, who purports to have approached this Court in public interest, prays for a writ in the nature of mandamus requiring the respondents to consider the issue as regards formulating a comprehensive policy to regulate the schedule of admissions to nursery/preprimary classes in the private schools in the State of Haryana in general and the City of Faridabad in particular.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has even referred to certain communications between the District Education Officer, Faridabad and Director Primary Education, Haryana, Panchkula dated 22.08.2016 wherein the concern expressed by the petitioner finds resonance. But with no tangible results.

However, having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let this petition be disposed of at this stage with a liberty to the petitioner to move the respondents' authorities by filing a comprehensive representation qua its grievances and the same be decided within a specified time.

In the wake of the above, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to move the respondents' authorities by filing a representation as regards the grievances raised in this petition. In the event any such representation is made within four weeks from today, we are sanguine the respondents' authorities shall deal therewith within a further period of eight weeks and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
