**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.342 dated 30.07.2019, under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Baldev Nagar, District Ambala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner may be given another opportunity to make the payment of `1,50,000/- towards full and final settlement.

The complainant, who is present in Court, states that the petitioner has been given several opportunities for making the payment but he has not paid any amount towards settlement. The petitioner had earlier also resiled from the compromise. Therefore, no further time can be given to the petitioner. Consequently, the petition stands dismissed.
