This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 08.05.2025 passed in CWP-12301-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the order dated 08.05.2025 was duly complied with and a speaking order was passed on 14.08.2025.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition in view of the speaking order. He, however, seeks liberty to challenge the speaking order in accordance with law.
