The matter was heard at length on the previous dates of hearing. Learned counsel for the parties have again been heard today.

Since the respondent-company has already complied with the order of learned Single Judge dated 11.09.2014, we persuaded the parties to resolve the rest of issues amicably. The efforts are successful as the parties have agreed to the following terms and conditions:- i.
the appellant shall hand over salvage to the respondent-company and shall transfer the necessary documents, registration certificate and would also complete other formalities in this regard. V.VISHAL 2015.05.21 14:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

   

 









ii.
On doing so, the salvage shall become the property of the company and the appellant shall be entitled to payment of balance amount i.e.
2,49,500/- minus
1,94,500/- already paid to him i.e.
55000/- along with interest @ 9% p.a. as awarded by learned Single Judge.

iii.
The parking charges, if any, shall be borne by the appellant.
