This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 24.08.2022, Annexure P-2, whereby the selection grade earlier granted to the petitioner has been withdrawn, and recovery has been ordered to be effected from him. 2.

Learned State counsel is not in a position to dispute that the impugned order has been passed without issuing any show cause notice to the petitioner or assigning any reason.

Since, the impugned order affecting rights of the petitioner has been passed without affording any opportunity of hearing to him, in PAYAL 2023.10.19 09:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
