The petitioner, apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking anticipatory bail.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that on the next date of filing of the present petition, the petitioner was arrested and as such, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. He further submits that the regular bail has been filed by the petitioner before the trial Court and the same is pending consideration. 3.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of, having been rendered infructuous. However, the trial Court is directed to decide the regular bail by 26.08.2025, in accordance with law. All pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed off.
