(Oral) Challenge in this Letters Patent Appeal under Clause X of the Letters Patent is to the Order of the learned Single Judge dated 16.12.2013, whereby, CWP No. 2129 of 2007, titled as, "Ajit Singh Vs. Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunalcum-Labour Court, Gurgaon, Haryana and another', filed by the petitioner, challenging the termination of the services of the petitioner, was dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that notice was given to the petitioner after retrenchment and the issuance of the order on 27th August, 1997. Accordingly, a prayer was made by the learned counsel for the appellant that he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to the appellant to file a review application urging this fact before the learned Single Judge. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the appellant to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
