The grievance of the petitioner is that the loud speakers being run by the members of the Management Committee of respondent No.6Panchayati Gurudwara cause noise pollution in the area as he resides adjacent to the said respondent No.6-Panchayati Gurudwara. 2.

Learned counsel for the rival parties do not dispute that certain guidelines in regard to noise pollution have been laid down by a Division Bench of this Court in its order dated 22.07.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed in Civil Writ petition No. 6213 of 2016 and connected matters which continue to hold the field.

The petitioner with regard to his grievances served legal notices (Annexures P-3 & P-6) through his counsel upon the respondent-authorities which according to the petitioner have not been attended to. 4.

Without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the claim, this Court disposes of this petition with a direction to the official respondents herein to decide the legal notices (Annexures P-3 & P-6) served by the petitioner, if not already decided, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing a speaking order and thereafter communicate the same to the petitioner.
