(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 27.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned Sub Divisional Officer, Ludhiana and order dated 17.06.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Superintending Canal Officer, Ludhiana.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
