Present petition has been filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the detenue Ravinder Kaur Grewal who is the sister of petitioner, in the Court. 2.

On the last date of hearing, i.e. 29.08.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner had sought time to file a better affidavit. 3.

The case was called twice. Neither counsel has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner nor better affidavit was filed. 4.

It seems that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present petition. 5.

In the premise, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 6.
