1. Whether Reporters of Local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?

3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J . (Oral) The appellant is aggrieved by the order dated 14.07.2016 whereby his writ petition seeking reinstatement in service as Driver in Haryana State Transport Department, has been dismissed on the ground that the driving licence produced by the appellant for his selection as Driver was reported to be fake and forged. The Competent Authority dispensed with the services of appellant only after obtaining the report re: genuineness of driving licence from the Transport Authority, Mathura from where the appellant is claimed to have obtained the driving licence. Before the learned Single Judge as well as in this appeal, the appellant relies upon some information said to have been obtained under Right to Information Act. Learned Single Judge declined to rely upon that information and rightly so as it raises several disputed questions of fact. LPA No.1250 of 2016 (O&M) [2] The appellant was accordingly relegated to the alternative remedy of civil proceedings.

We find no illegality in the order under appeal. Dismissed.
