ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition hereininter aliais for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking to quash letter dated 05.10.2021(Annexure P-5),vide which, allegedly, new set of contractual employees have replaced the petitioners. It is claimed that same is in violation of administrative instructions dated 28.09.2021 and 30.09.2021, Annexures P-1 and P-2, respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that qua their grievance, petitioners also submitted a representation dated 28.10.2021 (Annexure P-6). However, the same has not been adverted by the respondents till date. Hence, the instant petition. 3.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority i.e. respondent No.2- Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Panchkula to look into the grievance of the petitioners as per representation dated 28.10.2021 (Annexure P-6) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, by giving specific reasons as to the compliance of Instructions dated 30.09.2021 (Annexure P-2). In case, it transpires that any recruitments have been made in violation of the aforesaid Instructions, then it be also stated in the order to be passed as to what action has been taken qua the erring official, found responsible for such violation. 6.

Let the needful be done within a period of 60 days from today. 7.

Disposed of accordingly.
