Complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 01.06.2018, passed by the High Court while disposing of Criminal Misc. No. M-24711 of 2018, the petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner, at the outset, admits that as directed vide order dated 01.06.2018, the representation/complaint dated 25.04.2018 has been decided. In view thereof, the learned counsel representing the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.
