*** Present: Mr.P.S.Khurana, Advocate, for the appellants. -.- Surya Kant, J . (Oral) The writ petition filed by the appellants for the release of full amount of retiral benefits was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to seek its revival, in view of the statement made on behalf of respondentCorporation that the entire dues shall be paid within four months. The appellants thereafter moved an application for revival of the writ petition on the ground that full payment has not been paid to them. Their application has been dismissed by the learned Single Judge on the basis of an affidavit filed by the respondent-Corporation that entire payment stands satisfied. In our considered view, the above-stated order as such is not appealable. At the same time, appellants cannot be precluded from initiating either the execution proceedings or from filing a fresh writ petition in respect of the unpaid amount, if any.
