(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner argues that petitioner had worked with the respondents from 01.03.1992 onwards till 31.01.2013, but her services were not regularized by the respondents, though, the persons junior to her, who were similarly situated, their services were regularized by the respondents in the year 2003.
Counsel for the petitioner further argues that one Sh. Inder Singh, joined the department on 05.11.1993 and his services were regularized by the respondents w.e.f. 27.09.2003 and therefore, keeping in view the said fact, petitioner is also entitled for the benefit of regularization of her services with effect from the date when services of the person junior to her, was regularized.

CWP-25711-2019 -2the respondents with a legal notice dated 25.05.2019 (Annexure P-6), which is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said legal notice. In view of the request made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to decide the legal notice dated 25.05.2019 (Annexure P-6) by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Present writ petition stands disposed of.
