The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the orders dated 07.10.2013, 04.04.2016, 29.11.2017 and 22.02.2024 (Annexures P-4, P-8, P-10 and P-11 respectively). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition, therefore he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
