No. 24837-CII-2019 in/and FAO No. 3469-2017 The present application seeking preponing and disposing of the matter, in view of the compromise affected between the parties is allowed and the main case is taken up today itself for disposal FAO No. 3469-2017 Learned counsel for the parties submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the applicant/respondent No. 2 has agreed to pay Rs.40,000/- over and above the compensation already paid by the Insurance Co, in terms of award dated 22.12.2016. In view of the fact that the matter stands compromised between the parties, the present appeal stands disposed of and the Insurance Co shall deposit amount of Rs.40,000/- before the Lok Adalat Branch of this Court within 45 days and the amount shall be released to the appellant by the Lok Adalat Branch.
