After arguing for some time, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertantly the promotion of the juniors, who were promoted to the post of Senior Assistant in preference to the petitioner could not be challenged, hence the present petition may kindly be allowed to be withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars.
