This is an application for withdrawal of the main appeal. Both the learned counsel are ad idem that no further adjudication is required since the matter has been settled between the parties amicably through a compromise.
However, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the court fee filed by the appellants may be ordered to be returned/refunded since the adjudicatory machinery of this Court has not been put in motion to adjudicate the disputes which are now settled.
