Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants states that the appellants are unable to comply with their statements in the order dated 5.1.2015, as it is financially not feasible for them to act on that basis. The order was passed on the basis of the appellants' statement. If the appellants seek to have the statement withdrawn or modified, they must, in the first instance, apply to the learned single Judge for the same. There is no question of entertaining the appeal at this stage. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
