*** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present writ petition, the claim of the petitioner is for step up of her pay equivalent to the junior reserved category candidate, who was promoted as a Lecturer, ahead of the petitioner on the basis of reservation.

Counsel for the petitioner argues that one Mr.Rajbir Singh, who was junior to the petitioner in the cadre of Master/Mistress, was promoted as a Lecturer on 07.05.1992 by giving him the benefit of reservation and the petitioner who belongs to the general category caught him in the cadre of Lecturer on 14.07.2004 and therefore, the claim raised by the petitioner is that she should be granted the benefit of step up of pay keeping in view the instructions issued by the Government of Haryana dated 27.11.2006, amended from time to time.

CWP-25741-2019 -2Counsel for the petitioner further states that petitioner has submitted the representations (Annexures P-7 to P-9/A) to the respondents and the same are still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said representations by passing an appropriate speaking order. Without commenting upon the merits of the case or about the entitlement of the petitioner for the relief which has been claimed by her in the representation dated 16.04.2019 (Annexure P-9/A), the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 16.04.2019 (Annexure P-9/A) within a period of three months from the receipt of certified copy of this order. Present writ petition stands disposed of.
