**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of regular bail in case FIR No.235 dated 10.12.2023 under Sections 307, 332, 353, 186, 224, 225, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Gate Hakima, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition since learned State counsel has informed that investigation is pending and challan is yet to be filed. In the light of above, at this stage permitted to withdraw the instant petition.
