Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has filed an undertaking to the effect that the petitioner shall not be dispossessed till termination of the lease on 17.10.2020. The undertaking is permitted to be taken on record. Both the parties will be bound by the undertaking. The petitioner shall hand over vacant possession of the property to respondent No.2 - bank after termination of the lease on 17.10.2020. The issue with regard to refund of security is permissible to be taken by the petitioner before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
Petition is disposed of accordingly.
