RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to official respondents to decide the representation/complaint, dated 10.08.2023, Annexure P-3, regarding illegal disposal of the complaint of the petitioner, Annexure P-1, vide which complaint has been consigned to the record room without making the petitioner a party to any inquiry proceeding or hearing the petitioner being the complainant or even supplying him a copy of the inquiry report in disregard of the principles of natural justice.

Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that he restricts his prayer in this petition only to the extent of providing a copy of the order passed on the complaint, dated 04.05.2023.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted before this Court that the petitioner filed a complaint dated 04.05.2023 against Ratni Devi. When no action was taken thereon, the petitioner filed an application for providing the information under the Right to Information Act before the District MEENU 2023.09.02 10:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-19200-2023 -2Development and Panchayat Officer, Jind, however, the petitioner came to know that his complaint has been enquird and consigned. He submits that he approached respondents No.1 and 2 for providing a copy of order vide which his complaint was considered and ordered to be consigned, however, till date he has not been provided the same.

On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to take into consideration the request of the petitioner and supply him a copy of the order passed on his complaint, dated 04.05.2023, Annexure P-1, expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
