Main Appeals Learned counsel for the contesting respondents state that having regard to the observations made in the previous order dated 25.07.2016, respondents are willing to forego their claim for arrears of pay; provided that the appellants appoint them notionally from the due date alongwith notional pay fixation.

Learned State counsel submits that the respondents have already been appointed notionally from the due date granting them seniority and notional pay fixation.

In this view of the matter, the instant appeals are disposed of with modification of the order passed by learned Single Judge to the extent that the respondents are entitled to all other benefits arising out of the impugned order except the arrears of pay.
