(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of five marks on the basis of couple case in the Online Transfer Drive, i.e., General Transfers IntraDistrict (within District), vide letter dated 08.11.2021 (Annexure P-6). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the claim raised in the petition stands satisfied in terms of the new policy, dated 09.08.2023, issued by the respondents. Therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Learned State counsel, submits that as the new policy, i.e., Teachers Transfer Policy, 2023, has been issued, the petitioners' case will be considered in terms thereof.
