ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioners alleges violation of the order dated 29.04.2015 passed by the Writ Court vide which the parties were directed to maintain status quo regarding the possession. Counsel for the petitioners has argued that despite the order, the warrants of possession were issued against the petitioners and they have again approached this Court.

Status report by way of affidavit of District Development and Panchayat Officer, Ludhiana, Punjab, filed in the Court is taken on record and as per the affidavit, on coming to know about the order no further steps were taken to evict the petitioners from the land in dispute. It is further stated that the status quo order passed by this Court will be duly complied with.

In view of the above, no further action is called. Disposed of.
