(Oral) The instant letters patent appeal is directed against the order dated 27.11.2015 whereby learned Single Judge though rejected the claim of the appellant for her reinstatement or continuation in service on regular basis, yet has observed that as and when appointments are to be made on temporary/daily wage/contractual/ad hoc basis, then the employees like the appellant shall have prior right of consideration. Learned counsel for the appellant fairly states that LPA No.226 of 2016 (Swarn Singh and others versus State of Punjab and others) arising out of the same judgment of the learned Single Judge has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 22.08.2016.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 22.08.2016 passed in Swarn Singh and others' case (supra), the instant appeal must also fail and is accordingly dismissed.
