RAJESH BINDAL, J Challenge in the present intra-court appeal is to the interim order dated 28.11.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No.3906 of 2015, whereby application filed by the appellants under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC for being impleaded as respondents in the writ petition, was dismissed. It is not disputed that the main writ petition was dismissed as infructuous on 5.12.2015.
