Vide order dated 15.01.2025 notice was issued to the appellant. As per the office report the appellant remains unserved as her house was found locked at the time of service. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the impugned award. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
