Only grievance of the petitioners is that notice for meeting for no confidence motion was moved against President and Vice President on 17.07.2019. Thereafter, meeting was fixed for 03.09.2019. However, same was not convened. Petition has been filed by sixteen petitioners who are members of Municipal Council, Narwana. They pray that direction be issued to convene the meeting in view of no confidence motion. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. S.S. Pannu, DAG Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice. He submits that grievance of the petitioners shall be looked into by Deputy Commissioner, Jind and redressed forthwith. In view of aforesaid statement, no further direction is necessary. Petition is disposed of.
