The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to release the amount of CPF contribution made by him alongwith interest. 2.

Mr. Inderpreet Singh Kang, AAG, Punjab, submits that State is refunding principal amount to all the employees like petitioner, however, demand of interest has been stayed by Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 649 of 2023.

Faced with this, counsel for the petitioner submits that petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondents to refund principal amount of CPF contribution made by him.

In the wake of statements of both sides, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondents to refund the principal amount to PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2024.01.12 04:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
