The matter is being adjourned to move appropriate application to bring on record his legal representatives. Today, it is informed by learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 4 that Mr. R.P.Dhir, Advocate, who was representing the appellant has also expired. Notice be sent at the given address of the appellant so that any of the legal heirs representing the estate of the deceased-appellant may come forward to pursue this appeal. Adjourned to 20.04.2023."

Be that as it may, Regular Second Appeal is dismissed with liberty to revive if any of Legal representatives of appellant are interested to pursue.
