This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents no.2 to 4 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner and his family at the hands of respondent no.5 and to take action against private respondents by considering the representation dated 14.09.2022 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner to various Authorities. Notice of motion.

Mr. Ferry Sofat, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, puts in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.
